7) Attach Hinge Plate onto Fender Panels

Note:

For proper impact performance, systems for wide hazards must have Hinge Plates.

Attach a Hinge Plate on each Fender Panel using two (2) 5/8” rail bolts and two (2) 5/8” rail nuts,

using top and bottom holes only, leaving the center-hole open as shown in Figure 60.

Note:

Rail Nuts are oversized (Figure 59).
