QuadGuard

The QuadGuard

system has been tested pursuant to National Cooperative Highway Research

Program (“NCHRP”) Report 350 specifications. The QuadGuard

HS system has been deemed

eligible for Federal-aid reimbursement on the National Highway System by the Federal Highway

Administration (“FHWA”).
