Creating User Accounts
To create user accounts:

From System | Users, click
Add User.

In the User Properties screen, enter a login name for the
user.

Enter an email for the user.

viewLinc allows you to specify when a user is working so
they can be notified of alarms at their email address only
when they are working. From the Schedule drop-down,
choose a Schedule for the user: Always (they are always
notified of alarms), Never (they are never notified), or
another schedule listed.
Note:
To specify Schedules, see “Creating Contact
Schedules” on page 65.

From the Security area, select the channels the user can
see. Either select “View All Channels”, or click the
Channels button to specify certain ones.
