Installation

1. Use a grinder to clean off any old structural

adhesive.

Clean contact surfaces at floor and on panel

with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry.

3. Assemble structural adhesive gun by removing

the cap from the structural adhesive cartridge

and attaching the mixing tube to the cartridge,

pressing firmly.

4. Place the plunger into the back of the

cartridge.

5. Dispense structural adhesive on a scrap piece

of cardboard until the mixture comes out

green. The bead will be approximately

the length of the mixer tip which means

the structural adhesive is adequately

mixed.

6. Apply structural adhesive approximately

1” in from the perimeter of the access

panel.

Center access panel over opening in floor

and press firmly.

8. Apply weight to the panel and allow

structural adhesive to bond to floor.

Secure floor mat to floor with spray

structural adhesive and roll with a floor

weight to bond.

Purge Mixer Tip

CAUTION: The structural adhesive will cure in approximately six minutes once it is exposed to air.

Do NOT interrupt or delay the process once the structural adhesive application has begun.
