17-7. Self-test of ROM & RAM / Self-test of NOV-RAM

The internal circuits of the F395 are tested by this function.

The operation is executed by pressing the

key.

ROM-RAM CHK ...............The ROM and RAM are tested. Approx. 3 seconds after

execution of the test, OK/NG judgment is displayed in the
blank on the right-hand side.
(During testing, "now ROM-RAM chk" is displayed. At this
time, no key input is acceptable.)

NOVRAM CHK .................The NOV-RAM is tested. Approx. 15 seconds after

execution of the test, OK/NG judgment is displayed in the
blank on the right-hand side.
(During testing, "now NOVRAM chk" is displayed. At this
time, no key input is acceptable.))

This function is for system maintenance of the F395.
