4-2. Automatic matching controller functions 

With the automatic matching controller, matching by automatic control and matching by manual 
control is possible. 
It can also be controlled by a variable capacitor operation via the external analog signal.

Part names

 

Description

 

1. AC POW connector

 

The connector that supplies 100 VAC.

 

2. DET connector

 

Connect to the DET cable.

 

3. AMC connector

 

Connect to the AMC cable.

 

4. AMC.EXT connector

 

Wire when using external control.

 

5. GND terminal

 

Grounded by the 3-prong AC cable so a connection is 
unnecessary. 
When connecting, connect to a Class D ground.

 

6. PRESET connector

 

Used when using the external preset function. 
Not used.
