HYDRAULIC WINDSHIELD SYSTEM HWS
HYDRAULIC LIFTING PROCESS
- HWS set resting on Level 0 and
guided in Levels 0 and -1.
- Executing Level 1 Slab.
- Cone of the “Anchor on Hold” placed
on Level 1.

- Remove the formwork that could
interfere during the lifting process.
- Place the “Anchors on Hold” “on Level 1.
- Remove the “Horizontal covers”.
- Place and install the “Hydraulic System”.
- Shore up the anchors on Level -1 and
place the backstop (wood) on Level 1.
STEP 1
Set up
for lifting
- Extend-Retract several times the
cylinder. The HWS set starts lifting
- Thread in the “Anchor on Hold”
- Continue extending-retracting the
cylinder until the 3
rd
block passes the
“Pawl” of the “Anchor on Hold “(Level 1).
- Retract the cylinder until the 3
rd
block
rests on the anchor of Level 1.
- Remove the Hydraulic system.
- Replace the “Horizontal covers”.
- Recover the anchor of Level -1
- Install the formwork of Level 2.
