HYDRAULIC WINDSHIELD SYSTEM HWS 

3.2.

 

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM ASSEMBLY  

The Power Unit (PU) can connect directly up to 4 cylinders through 2 outputs. 

The PU just requires electric power supply. 

Different items with quick connect couplings are used to make all the necessary hydraulic connections: 

 

Output Line: Male Hose 7m HWS (1991311) 

 

Return Line: Female Hose 7m HWS (1991312) 

 

Bypass (only with 2 cylinder connection): Hose 1m HWS (1991320) (Male-Female) 

 

Connection between hoses and cylinders: Coupler 90º Cylinder HWS (1991380) 

 * DO NOT USE

 this hydraulic system in cases where there is risk of exceeding the limit of 50 kN per cylinder. 

* The couplers of the hoses must be with protected with their “caps” when they are disconnected. 

 

There are 2 possible connection types: 

 

4 Cylinders Connection 

This  connection type permits activating 4 cylinders “in pairs”. One handle of the PU controls 2  cylinders connected  to 

output 1, and the second handle the other cylinders connected to output 2.
