HYDRAULIC WINDSHIELD SYSTEM HWS
2 Cylinders Connection
This connection type enables an independent control of the cylinders.
In cases where the PU is only connected to two cylinders (one cylinder to each output) a bypass connection must be
done in order to close the hydraulic circuit.
This connection must be done by a Hose 1m HWS provided by quick connection couplings Male-Female.
3.3.
SET UP OF THE HYDRAULIC ELEVATION SYSTEM
Before any system lifting, the following instructions must be taken into account:
3.3.1.
PUMPS AND ENGINES
Once all the necessary power connections are done, an engine start and stop must be done in order to ensure the
engine's spinning direction, which is indicated on the casing.
3.3.2.
MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE
Verify at the pressure gauge that the hydraulic power unit maximum pressure is 180bar.
