ASME-approved type safety valve

Operate the sterilization cycle according to the manual.

Allow a pressure of approximately 200 kPa (29-psi) to build
up in the chamber.

Operate the safety valve:

Pull the valve’s handle and verify that steam escapes from

the valve.

Press the STOP key to pause operation, and exhaust steam
from chamber.

Wait until pressure goes down to zero, only then can the
door be opened.
