Set or reset SRQ output flag.
The SRQ is output to the port that last sent this
command.

Remarks

All CH SRQ flag are cleared by “LN_SRQG0” command.
SRQ flag is cleared after SRQ signal is outputted.
The SRQ output flag is independent for LAN_H and LAN_L.
