Set Zoom Offset
Function Code
AX = 8
Arguments
BX = x start of zoom offset
CX = y start of zoom offset
Description
This
function is used to set the first byte of video memory
that will
appear in the upper left hand corner of the zoom
window.
In essence,
this
function controls panning and
scrolling in the zoom window.
