TruVision Series 7 IP Camera Configuration Manual

Parameter

Description

Image Adjustment

Brightness, Contrast,
Saturation,
Sharpness

Modify the different elements of picture quality by adjusting the values
for each of parameter.

Exposure Settings

Iris Mode

Auto and Manual iris modes can be selected. P-iris also supported on
some S7 camera models.

Exposure Time

The exposure time controls the length of time that the aperture is open
to let light into the camera through the lens.

Select a higher value if the image is dark and a lower value to see fast
moving objects.

Focus

Focus Mode

Auto

Manual

and Semi-auto focus

modes are optional.

Day/Night Switch

Day/Night Switch

Defines whether the camera is in day or night mode. The day (color)
option could be used, for example, if the camera is located indoors
where light levels are always good.

Select one of the options:

Day

: Camera is always in day mode.

Night

: Camera is always in night mode.

Auto

: The camera automatically detects which mode to use.

Schedule

: The camera switches between day and night modes

according to the configured time period.

Triggered by Alarm Input

: The camera switches to day or night mode

after an alarm is triggered.
