1. Remove the hinge covers (Fig. 63/1) from the
hinges (Fig. 63/ 2).
Adjusting the door horizontally
2. Loosen the screws of all hinge brackets (Fig. 63/2)
of a door.
3. Adjust the door horizontally (Fig. 63/5).
4. Tighten the screws of the hinge brackets
(Fig. 63/2).
Adjusting the door vertically
5. Loosen the screws of all hinge blocks (Fig. 63/3)
on a door.
6. Adjust the door vertically (Fig. 63/4).
7. Tighten the screws of the hinge blocks (Fig. 63/3).
Adjusting the staple
Leaking inspection access doors
If an inspection access door leaks, you can easily
adjust the staple.

8. Remove the staple cover (Fig. 64/1).

9. Loosen the locking screws (Fig. 65/2) (SW3).
10. Adjust the staple by turning the setting screws
(T30) (Fig. 65/3).
11. Tighten the locking screws (Fig. 65/2) and replace
the staple cover (Fig. 64/1).

The inspection access doors have been
adjusted.
