Remove the sealing sheet (1) and the frame sec-
tions (2).

Support the roof panel, e.g. with a timber stud.

Remove the two brackets (1).
Note:
If you want to install the heat exchanger
from the opposite side, you also have to remove
the two intermediate panels (2).
Installing the heat exchanger

If the plate heat exchanger consists of blocks that
have been supplied individually, you have to
assemble them before you can install the heat
exchanger in the AHU casing unit. See the docu-
mentation from the plate heat exchanger manu-
facturer (appendix).
7.
Ensure that the bypass damper (1) and the recir-
culation damper (2), if any, are in the correct posi-
tion. The bypass damper has to face the outdoor
air flow, the recirculation damper has to face the
extract air flow.
8.
Move the plate heat exchanger (1) into the AHU
casing unit, e.g. with a forklift truck. Ensure the
correct position of the bypass damper (2).
Remove the prop (3).
