3.12.2 Data output to OKULIX
„
The OKULIX USB dongle needs to be connected
to the personal computer before calculating the IOL
power using OKULIX.
When OKULIX is already installed, the information related
to OKULIX is displayed on the 4 Maps screen of the
MERGED TOPO viewer and the Single Map screen on the
RING TOPO viewer. (Fig. 1, Fig. 2)
● When starting OKULIX from the RING TOPO viewer,
only the data of the anterior of the cornea is used for
calculating IOL power.
● When starting OKULIX from the MERGED TOPO
viewer, the data considering the posterior of the cornea
is also used for calculating IOL power in addition to the
data of the anterior of the cornea.
The axial length data is also required for calculation by
OKULIX in addition to the TMS data.
TMS-5 is designed to import the axial length data
measured by the OA-1000 via connection of USB-
communication.
