Remedy
The receiver
switches
to Standby
automatically.
Auto Standby function is
activated and reached the
adjusted time (default 3h).
In the menu
Timer --> Time Adjust
you can
adjust the Auto Standby time or disable it.
No recording
For encrypted channels,
some programmes can
be limited or otherwise
protected.
Due to license reasons
it is possible that a
recording can not be
performed with an ORF
DIGITAL information card
that was activated before
September 2011
This can also happen when recording
via the analogue Scart output (VCR or
DVD recorder). When the maturity rating
is activated for a certain programme, you
must enter the corresponding PIN code
MATURiTYRATinGPin:0000
, in order
to record this programme.
Please contact ORF for a free replacement
of your ORF DIGITAL information card.

No playback
A corresponding smart
card is required for
playback of encrypted
images. If the additional
offer of HD Austria is used,
a „paired“ receiver can also
be used for playback (up to
3 receivers can be "paired"
with one smart card).
Check that you are using the smart card
corresponding to your receiver.
