Flush reagents must be loaded in the order
f 3, f 1, f 2

removing bottle caps keep them safely - they are needed when the
reagent is changed.

Fill the Flush 3 bottle (supplied with Excelsior ES) to the

Replace the cap securely, and put the GREEN reagent tube

Select [CONFIRM LOADED].

Take a new bottle (3.8 - 5 litres) of the first flush reagent, e.g.

Place the bottle on top of the Flush 3 bottle, and insert the

RED reagent tube (with cap).
Select [CONFIRM LOADED].

Take a new bottle of the second flush reagent, e.g. alcohol.

Put the bottle on top of the Flush 3 bottle, in front of bottle

F1 and insert the BLUE reagent tube (with cap).
Select [CONFIRM LOADED].
