Chapter 3 - Setup

•

Turn the plastic bottom of the foot either clockwise or anti-clockwise to raise or lower the corners of the
module.

•

The correct levelling should have the rear of the instrument approximately 1mm higher than the front.

•

Once the instrument is levelled correctly, tighten the lock-nuts to secure the adjustable feet.

Note

The levelling of the HistoStar does not need to be particularly precise and the factory setting should be suitable for

most cases.
