Chapter 3 - Setup

Note

It is possible to fill the wax tank with wax pellets instead of pre-molten wax, however, the pellets will take a

significant amount of time to melt.
It is recommended that wax pellets are only added directly to the wax tank when there is still about a quarter of a

tank of molten wax still in the tank.
Wax pellets added directly to the wax tank when it is empty, can take up to 6 hours per kilogram to melt.

Do not overfill - Maximum fill level is 20mm below the top of the tank.

Molten wax is hot and can cause severe burns.

Close the wax tank cover.
