Attach Cells
The purpose of this task is to allow adherent cells to attach to the bioreactor membrane while allowing
flow in the EC circulation loop. The pump flow rate to the IC circulation loop is set to zero.
Table 10-8 describes the types of solution that are needed to attach to each line when performing Attach
Cells. These solutions and corresponding volumes are based on the factory default settings for this task.
