NOTE
The Dial By Name feature is also available to inter-
nal users in the following situations:
• When leaving a message for another mailbox;
• When copying or transferring a message to
another mailbox.
EXTENSION ASSISTANCE
Extension Assistance is a recorded announcement service
that provides the extension numbers of various depart-
ments in your organization.
The primary extension assistance announcement can list a
series of departments -- for example:

For personnel
dial [1];

For sales and marketing dial [2].
