3. Dial [5], and wait for the tone before saying your name.
While you are recording either your name or personal
greetings, you can add to your recording time by dialing
[4]. Unless your system is programmed differently, you
initially have four minutes of recording time, but can add
an additional minute each time you dial [4].
4. When you finish recording, dial [#];
you receive the END OF RECORD Menu:
5. To save the recording of your name, dial [2];
you return to the PERSONAL GREETINGS Menu.
