Phaser 480 Color Printer

Verifying the Printer and Host Connections

Using the Error Handler utility

If the workstation does not print to the printer, download the Tek Error Handler
utility to the printer.

Locate the TEKEHAND.PS file in the PHSR480 directory on the Printer
Utilities diskette.

Copy the file TEKEHAND.PS to the workstation's hard disk or use the
file from the diskette.

Send the file to the printer.

This loads the error handling utility into the printer's memory where it remains
until the printer is turned off. Send a print file to the printer as explained in the
previous procedure. If an error occurs, it will print a page listing the error.
