Firmware update 

You  can  update  the  Lokommander  II  decoder  operating  software  (called  firmware)  at  any  time.  New 

firmware versions are designed to add new functionalities and eventually to fix bugs. The firmware update is 
intended to be performed also by the end user via the tOm Programmer.  The tOm Programmer's operating 
software and firmware upgrade files can be downloaded from the 

train-O-matic site

.  

For the firmware upgrade procedure, please refer to the tOm Programmer's user manual. 

The firmware version can be found by reading the following CVs: 
CV253 firmware version (3) 
CV254 firmware subversion (5) 
CV254 build version, upper byte (0) 
CV256 build version, lower byte (200) 

Earlier firmware versions do not have all functions in place. The current FW is 3.9.240.
