10 Commissioning 

This  chapter  describes  the process of the first run  of  the  TC500K3US-O 

inverter  after  the  installation  is  completed,  including  the  inspections  of  the 

photovoltaic  array,  each  check  each  wiring  end  of  the  cable  before 

commissioning, commissioning requirements, preparatory work before starting 

and power on, etc.. 

10.1 Commissioning Requirements 

The  installation  of  the  device  shall  be  checked  thoroughly  before 

commissioning. Especially check whether the voltage of DC and AC terminals 

meets the requirements, and whether the polarity and phase sequence is correct. 

Check whether the connection of the system comply with the requirements of 

the  relevant  standards.  And  the  system  is  properly  grounded.  Grounding 

resistance  of  decisive  has  a  great  significance  for  the  security  of  the  entire 

system,  so  it  must  be  determined  whether  grounding  resistance  meets  the 

requirements before the first commissioning. 

 

Before commissioning make sure all switches of the AC side, DC side 

are off.
