TC500K3US-O Installation Instructions

The DC input and AC output circuits are isolated from the enclosure. The 

PV system grounding shall be installed per the requirements of section 690.41 

through  690.47  of  national  electrical  code,  ANSI/NFPA  70,  PV  system 

grounding installation is the responsibility of the installer. 

8.3 Cable Requirements 

Requirements for selecting the cable are as follows:   

 

AWG 90

℃

  copper is recommended to use. 

 

The  current  is  proposed  to  be  not  greater  than  3A  through  1mm²

 

wire. 

 

The wires of same sizes and types shall be selected for the same side of 

the cable. 

 

The diameter of the single wire is avoided to be too large. 

Cables shall be crimped with wire terminals with UL certification, and the 

sizes of wire terminals shall be according to the actual installation situations. 

The  maximum  current  of  DC  side  of  the  inverter  is  1600A,  and  the 

maximum  current  of  AC  side  is  1443A.  The  recommended  specifications  of 

connection cable are shown in Table 8-2.
