5 Product Installation 

This  chapter  describes  the  detailed  installation  requirements  and  process 

of TC500K3US-O. 

5.1 Basic Installation Pequirements 

To ensure the machine to work properly, the installation environment and 

requirements are as follows:   

 

TC500K3US-O’s  waterproof  rating  is  NEMA  3R;  it  can  be  installed 

outdoors and indoors; as electronic device, it shall not be placed in areas 

of high humidity in long term; 

 

Avoid direct sunlight, otherwise the excess temperature causes equipment 

derating  which may affect  power generation. We recommend installation 

in the shade or shading devices installation; 

 

Enough space around the unit for good ventilation, convenient installation 

and maintenance as well as escape in emergency; 

 

Installation environment clean; 

 

As it produces noises in operation, try to mount away from living areas; 

 

Ensure flat and sufficient carrying capacity of the assembling floor; 

 

Installation location shall be convenient observation of LCD display;
