TC500K3US-O Installation Instructions

5mm longer as the wiring hole depth. 

Step 3

 Connect DT- wiring terminal 

(1)

 

  Insert the bare copper wire into the wring hole. 

(2)

 

Tighten the wiring terminal in two or more ways. 

Step 4

 Install heat shrinking tubing 

(1)

 

Select heat shrinking tubing corresponding to the cable size, with the 

length of about 5cm; 

(2)

 

Put the heat shrink tubing onto the wiring terminal completely. 

(3)

 

Use  an  alcohol  burner  or  hot  hair  dryer  to  make  heat  shrink  tubing 

tightened. 

Step 5

 Connect "L1" cable to output wiring A (U) phase copper bar with 

identifier "A" as shown in the figure;Connect "L2" cable to output wiring B (V) 

phase  copper  bar  with  identifier  "B"  as  shown  in  the  figure;  Connect  "L3" 

cable to output wiring C (W) phase copper bar with identifier "C" as shown in 

the figure

Select  bolt  (M16),  nut  (M16),  spring  washer  and  flat  washer 

coincident  with  the  wiring  terminal.  Connect  the  wiring  terminal  to 

the  AC  input  copper  bar  (hole  specifications  Φ18),  the  installation 

detailed see the Figure 8-1
