Incident Possible cause Repairs
Auger does not work
- Jam due to product accumulation or foreign
objects - Detect the affected part and call a qualified
technician.
Beaters do not work
- No pump pressure - Check pressure and change pump if necessary.
SCALE
Screen does not turn on or the
following readout appears on screen:
Lo-bAT
- Blown safety fuse
- Inverted connection
- Tractor plug is dirty, rusted, or in bad
condition
- Discharged battery
- Cut cable
- Check the fuse in the battery box.
- Invert the cable.
- Clean plug or change it.
- Charge battery.
- Connect cable.
Screen turns on and reads: Er-OuT
- Short circuit alarm or scale not operating
properly
- Make sure the cables are well insulated and that
the scale is operating properly.
Unstable number is shown on the
screen.
- Cell wire cut
- Moisture in the weight cell connections
- One or several damaged weight cells
- Check cell cable and repair.
- Thoroughly clean connection cables of the cells
in the box.
- Change damaged cells.
Scale does not weigh accurately
- Error in the cell assembly
- Possible contact between the chassis or
axle and the tub
- Incorrect calibrated value
- Verify that the cells are correctly placed.
- Make sure that there is no contact between the
chassis or axle and the tub. Correct.
- Calibrate.
The screen reads:

- Empty weight system not regulated
- Regulate the empty weight following the
instructions in the manual.
The screen reads:
Or-L
Or-H
- Broken cell wire, damaged ground wire or
broken cells due to hits or deformation
- Check box connection, and verify cell cables, or
make sure that there are no damaged cells (1).
(1) To check if there are any damaged cells, disconnect them all and then plug them in one by one, recording the data that appears on
screen. If any of the previous symbols appear on the screen, that indicates that the cell is damaged.
