8.4 Calibrating circulation volumes Functions
Calibrating circulation volumes The value ZIR07 CIRCULATION FLOW RATE can be determined using an automatic cal-
ibration process ZIR06 CIRC.CALIBRATION .
The following selection is available:
0: Off. No calibration.
1: Manual calibration; reset value to "0" after calibration has been done.
2: Automatic calibration - every Monday at 02:00 a.m.
Calibration status If calibration is active, then its status can be tracked under ZIR09 CIRC. CALIBRATION
STATUS .
0: Inactive. - Calibration not yet done or last calibration obsolete.
1..8: Measurements 1..8. - If measurements 1..4 OK, transition to 9; otherwise, carry out
measurements 5..8 and then evaluate.
9: Calibration successful
10: Start
11: Error - Flow despite pump being switched off.
12: Error - Flow rate fluctuation too great with the pump switched on.
Calibration To calibrate ZIR07 CIRCULATION FLOW RATE , a maximum of 2 measuring
blocks with 4 measurements each are carried out. If the measured values do not deviate
by more than the defined tolerance
ZIR05 CIRC. CALIB. TOLERANCE , calibration was
successful and the value is displayed under ZIR07 CIRCULATION FLOW RATE .
8.5 Thermal disinfection Functions
Thermal disinfection Can be used if ZIR00 CIRCULATION MODE is not equal to 0. The following selection is possible:
0: No function
15: With pump WWC and TBZ
16: With pump WWC and TKW
17: With pump WWC and TWW
18: With pump WWC and TBZ; TKW; TWW
