Placing a Call on Hold (Call Appearance Mode)



To hold calls and manage held calls:

1. When you are on an active call, as shown in Figure 65, press

HOLD



The Held Call Appearance icon

appears next to the highlighted call, as

shown in Figure 66.



If a call has been on hold for longer than three minutes, the Deskset reminds
you with a brief ring every 30 seconds.

2. To take the call off hold, highlight the call and press

SELECT

, or press the

associated Call Appearance key.
