Synapse SB67030/031 Deskset and Accessories User’s Guide

Silences ringer during incoming call and either 
goes back to previous screen or goes to next 
incoming call. 
Initiates recording of an introduction when 
forwarding a Voicemail message.
Completes conference call setup.
Jumps back eight seconds in playback mode.
Jumps forward eight seconds in playback mode.
Opens the sort options menu in the Directory.
Allows you to listen to a Voicemail message in 
progress.
Allows the user to create a new message and 
send it to Desksets on a predefined Distribution 
List.
Locates a registered Cordless Handset by playing 
a tone on the Handset.
Goes to the Mailbox list.
Moves to the next set of soft keys. If this key 
appears, there are more than four soft keys 
available. More 1/2 indicates page one of two.
Moves to the next set of soft keys. If this key 
appears, there are more than eight soft keys 
available. More 1/3 indicates page one of three.

Marks an old message as new.
Creates a new entry.

Cancels proposed action.
Initiates a page.
Parks a call.
Accesses the Park list so you can review or pick 
up parked calls.
Pauses message playback or inserts a two-second 
pause in a digit string.
Plays highlighted message from Message list.
Plays all Voicemail messages.
Plays message from Call Log review.
Records an audio clip using the Deskset 
microphone.
Registers Cordless Handset or Headset.
Retrieves a parked call.
Saves information entered.
Forwards Voicemail message to selected 
extensions.
Sets the selected option as the default choice.
