PURPOSE
REPORT ALARM
This message reports the occurrence of alarms, including the access identifier, the severity of the alarm,
the type of condition, whether it affects service, when it occurred, and a short description of the alarm.

Note:
All the parameters between the quotation marks will appear on a single line (the parameters are
shown on two lines here due to space restrictions). Refer to Table A and Table F for parameter values.
