Shortcuts to functions

You can program up to 9 shortcuts. In other
words,  with  the  numeric  keys  1–9  a
shortcut is possible for a function selected
by  you,  provided  the  function  does  not
require  any  editing  (entry  of  numbers  or
letters) or value settings, such as showing
call-charges etc. In this way there is no need
to find the function via the menu structure
(navigating).  The  application  is  primarily
intended for frequently-used functions and/
or  functions  located  in  the  lower  menu
levels.

In the default setting, five shortcuts are pre-
programmed:

– on numeric key 1:

Keypad lock

– on numeric key 2:

Handset off

– on numeric key 3:

Ringer off

– on numeric key 4:

Direct call on

– on numeric key 5:

Show charges

You can program your own shortcuts on
numeric keys 6 to 9 or you can overwrite the
already programmed numeric keys (1–5).

Programming

The handset is in the standby state:

Keep the numeric key (1–9) which
you wish to program, pressed for
approx. 3 seconds.

The shortcut is now programmed
to this numeric key and the old
function is overwritten.

Taking a shortcut

Press the desired numeric key (1-9).

You are now in the respective
submenu (function).

Please make a note of your shortcuts
(functions) and the numeric keys (1–9)
assigned to them.
