During a call
Park/unpark
You can park an external call in the network
for approx. 3 minutes and during this time
retrieve it from another telephone.
1.
Select "Park".
2.
Press
OK
.
The call is now parked.
You can change to a further base
station within range.

Select "Prov. services".
4.
Press
OK

5.
Select "Unpark".
6.
Press
OK
.
7.
Enter park call-ID (e.g. 1).
8.
Press
OK
.
The call is now "unparked" and can
be continued.
Park call-ID
You can define a standard value as a park
call-ID (default setting 1); see section
"Provider services".
The park call-ID is used for positive
identification of the parked connection
since in theory several connections can be
parked simultaneously (using different park
call IDs).

Listening via the loudspeaker at
the base station
During an external call you can switch the
loudspeaker on at the base station (Eurit
565 only). Others can now listen in to the
call. This function can only be activated from
the handset to prevent uncontrolled open
listening at the base station:

Select "Loudspeaker".
2.
Press
OK
.
Listening via the loudspeaker is now
on.
(To switch listening via the loudspeaker off,
repeat steps 1-2).
Note:
Press
+
or
-
to regulate the volume at
the base station. After completing listening
via the loudspeaker, the volume is not reset
to the base level. When you press the
connect key, the loudspeaker is
automatically switched off.
If feedback occurs (audible whistling in the
loudspeaker), move away from the base
station with the handset or turn down the
volume.
