AMI Sodium P

Maintenance

Drawing

Assembling

Put new membranes on the membrane holders.

Place membrane 1 with holder in valve body.

Place washer 1 on membrane and push down carefully.

Place conical spring with smaller end on membrane holder.

Screw on the bottom screw fingertight.

Turn valve body upside down and place Teflon distance bar in

center hole of valve body.

Place membrane 2 with holder in valve body.

Place washer 2 on membrane and push down carefully.

Place long spring in solenoid.

Screw on the solenoid support fingertight.

Mounting

Mount the solenoid valve to the automatic regeneration module.

Mount the automatic regeneration module to the panel.

Connect tubes 3 and 4 (see

Tube Numbering, p. 80

Connect the coil body [B] to the solenoid valve.

Screw on the knurled nut [A] fingertight.
