immobilizer control module and body
ground with ignition switch at ON position.

Is it 10 – 14 V?

Substitute a known-good
ECM according to “Proce-
dure After ECM Replace-
ment” under “Registration

System Components”,
and recheck.

W-line (WHT/BLK) is
shorted to ground.
Repair and recheck.
