CMOS Clear
Refer to Table 2-17 for instruc-
tions on how to clear CMOS. Al-
ways remove the AC power cord
from the system before clearing
CMOS.
Note: For an ATX power supply, you
must completely shut down the sys-
tem, remove the AC power cord, then
use JBAT1 to clear CMOS. Replace
JBAT1 back to the pin 1-2 position
b e f o r e p o w e r i n g u p t h e s y s t e m
again. Do not use the PW_ON con-
nector to clear CMOS.

CMOS Clear
Wake-On-Ring
The Wake-On-Ring header is desig-
nated as WOM1. This function allows
y o u r c o m p u t e r t o r e c e i v e a n d b e
"awakened up" by an incoming call
when in the suspend state. Refer to
Table 2-18 for pin definitions. You
must also have a WOR card and cable
to use WOR.
