AMMONIUM SULPHATE – MONO AMMONIUM PHOSPHATE – MIX OF BOTH

(MONO AMMONIUN PHOSPHATE 60% - AMMONIUN SULPHATE 40%)

IMPORTANT:

Having in mind that different type of fertilizers will be applied, and even mixes of them, the

specific weight of them will be drastically changed, so keep in mind that the weight seen on

the charts will be affected.

So, to know exactly the quantity of fertilizer to be applied, perform the following:

With the planter in a lifted position, turn manually the contact drive wheel 47 turns, and pick

up the fertilizer from FIVE feed cups. (This task will be done by removing five hoses and

placing plastic bags in their place under each “chevron” feed cup).

Weigh the FIVE bags and multiply it by 28,6 if you are fertilizing at 70 cm between lines, and

by 38,1 if you are fertilizing at 52,5 centimeters.

The answer will be kilograms per hectare
