Contact drive wheel
The driving wheel/s transmits movement to the planting and fertilizing units. The size of these
tires is 6.00 x 16” and the recommended pressure is 30 Lbs.
Keep in mind that if you change the tire diameter, the dosage will be harmfully affected.
Height regulation
Out of the production line in factory, the regulation is for normal working conditions.
Nevertheless it can be lifted or lowered moving the pressure bolt spring stop: A in figure 42.
Previously loosen set screws.
If what is needed is to lift the wheel, you must loosen pressure in the spring, this is obtained
by nut B in figure 42.
The correct position is that in which the contact is constant, and when it´s lifted the clearance
must be around 10 centimeters.
Regulation of the pressure over the
terrain
Keep in mind that if the height has
been modified, it will be necessary to
adjust the pressure of the spring. To
do so, the nut B must be adjusted or
loosened.

It is advised that pressure must never
be excessive, but it is important that
the wheel never slides, if this would
happen the planting rate will be
affected.
