Parameter tables
A16
Limiter 1 Hysteresis
A26
Limiter 2 Hysteresis
The hysteresis is set asymmetrically, down-
ward at the upper alarm value and upward
at the lower alarm point.
A17
Error generation delay, Limiter 1
A27
Error generation delay Limiter 2
A18 Delay Limiter 1 values back to the
accepted range (1->0) (A1L, A1H)
A28 Delay Limiter 2 values back to accept-
ed range (1->0) (A2L, A2H)
Here you can define a delay, after which an
eliminated error is valid.
A19
Alarm suppression Limiter 1
A29
Alarm suppression Limiter 2
The conditions for alarm suppression are
defined here. The following bit mask applies:
0
No alarm suppression
+1
Alarm suppression
A0
after “Power
on”
+2
n/a
+4
Alarm suppression
A2
after setpoint
change
To determine the value to be parameterised,
the bit values must be added together.
A1A
Limiter 1 assigned error unit
A2A
Limiter 2 assigned error unit
The error units aggregate errors with a simi-
lar severity in order to provide easier config-
uration to their behavior.
A70
Reset min/max value storage
The values from
A72
...
A75
can be reset
here. The following bit mask applies:
+1:
Reset
A72
(Limiter 1 min)
+2:
Reset
A73
(Limiter 1 max)
+4:
Reset
A73
(Limiter 2 min)
+8:
Reset
A74
(Limiter 2 max)
To determine the value to be parameterised,
all bit values must be added together. If, for
example, all values are to be deleted, the
parameter is to be set to “15”.
A71
Recording lock
??
A72
Limiter 1 minimum observed value
A73
Limiter 1 maximum observed value
A74
Limiter 2 minimum observed value
A75
Limiter 2 maximum observed value
The limiters provide the ability to record min-
imum and maximum sensor values for diag-
nostics. These are handled by these param-
eters and can be reset with parameter
A70
.
A80
Actuators error unit 1,
Sensor errors - Emergency operation
A83
Actuators error unit 2,
Safety relevant errors
A86
Actuators error unit 3,
operation impeded
A89
Actions error unit 4, warnings
Each error unit has its own set of configu-
rable actuators. These will be raised, if an
error activates the corresponding error unit.
Name
Effect
Error
+1
The global Error bit will
be set
W2
The global warning bit
will be set
Display
+4
The display will show
the error in a blinking
manner
Buzzer
+8
A noisy buzzer, to get the
attention of the user
To determine the value to be parameterised,
all bit values must be added together.
A81
Acknowledge error unit 1
A84
Acknowledge error unit 2
A87
Acknowledge error unit 3
A90
Acknowledge error unit 4
These parameters specify how the error sys-
tem should behave when an error is fixed
or acknowledged. There are five possible
options:
0: auto buzzer, auto clear
The buzzer stops as soon as the cause of
the error is eliminated or an acknowledge-
ment is made. When the cause of the error
is eliminated, the other error actuators and
the notification are terminated.
1: auto buzzer, manual clear
The buzzer stops as soon as the cause of
the error is eliminated or an acknowledge-
ment is made. The other error actuators
and notifications are not terminated until the
cause of the error has been eliminated
and
also acknowledged.
2: auto buzzer, restart clear
The buzzer stops as soon as the cause of
the error is eliminated or an acknowledge-
ment is made. The other error actuators and
notifications are not terminated until the con-
troller has been restarted.
3: manual buzzer, manual clear
The buzzer only stops, once the error is ac-
knowledged. The other error actuators and
notifications are not terminated until the
cause of the error has been eliminated
and
also acknowledged.
4: manual buzzer, restart clear
The buzzer only stops, once the error is ac-
knowledged. The other error actuators and
notifications are not terminated until the con-
troller has been restarted.
A82
Repeat error unit 1
A85
Repeat error unit 2
A88
Repeat error unit 4
A91
Repeat error unit 4
Repeat is relevant, if the alarm was acknowl-
edged, but the alarm condition is still active.
If the error cause is not removed but was
acknowledged, the Error units may raise the
notification and actuators again after the
time define here.
Meaning
0
No repetition
1
The actuators and notification are
repeated, if the error cause was not
removed within
A8
minutes after the
acknowledgment
2
The actuators and notification are
repeated, if the error cause was not
removes
A9
hours after the acknowl-
edgment
