Setting of central lubrication

All machines with four or 

more knitting systems are 

equipped with a central 

lubrication as a standard 

equipment.

Lubrication points of the central lubrication

The central lubrication can be activated/deactivated. If it is deactivated, 
monitoring of the lubrication interval is automatically activated.

When central lubrication is deactivated, the following lubrication tasks must 
be performed manually again:

Oil needle bed

Oiling jack bed

   

The needle bed and jack bed must be oiled manually before 
a new machine has been set up and for a machine which has 
been out of operation for a longer period of time or which has 
just had a gauge conversion. Then use the "Initial lubrication" 
setting for approx. 15 minutes.
