3.

Inspect the single-site adapter. Make sure
that the adapter hose is NOT ruptured and
that the adapter ring and nozzle are NOT
damaged.

4.

Slide the adapter clamping ring over the
shaft of the instrument. Align the adapter
nozzle with the port and turn the hose
clockwise to clamp onto the shaft.

5.

Feed the shaft of the instrument through a
circular cut-out in the basket support.

6.

Place the housing-end of the shaft into an
aligned slot in the other basket support.
NEVER place instruments at an angle
inside the basket.
