Turn the luer lock counter-clockwise to disconnect the luer hose from the distal
connector. Inspect the luer hose for any ruptures. Discard the luer hose if in any
doubt about it's condition.

Instrument will require reprocessing.

4.

Pull the instrument out of the distal connector. If the distal connector silicone
opening is damaged, discard the distal connector.

Instrument will require

reprocessing.
