INSPECTION

1)  Ensure safe operation of the mower.

2)  Arrange access to the belts.

3)  Check the belt tension with a slight thumb pressure between the pulleys.

4)  If the belt is loose, have the belt tensioned or replaced by a specialized service center.

5.16   WHEEL SUSPENSION

WHEEL DRIVE

The wheel suspension includes an automatic tensioner and therefore does not need to
be adjusted. The chain transmission in the wheel portal must work inside the lubricant,
otherwise there is a risk of overheating and wear of these components. If lubricating oil
leaks, add approx. 20 ml of gear oil into the wheel suspension.

GREASING LIQUID CHECK

In the factory, the MOBILUX EP 004 lubricant was filled into the transmission portal.

Check visually. The lubricated chain should be coated with a film of lubricant.

Grease is maintained at the bottom of the portal.

In case of insufficient film on the portal chain, add 0.2 l of grease as specified.

Lubrication of the gear portal is done by spraying lubricant on the running chain.

Check the covers after maintenance and inspect the chain for lubricant.

Ensure that the cover is properly sealed to prevent dust and dirt from entering inside the wheel portal.

OIL REFILL PROCEDURE

1) Raise the mower to the service position so that the wheels are clear of the ground.
2) Loosen the three screws on the wheel disc and remove the wheels.
3) Remove the thin portal cover and clean the cap and the surface around it.
4) Add about 50 ml of gear oil and clean and degrease both contact surfaces.
5) Seal the mating surfaces with silicone sealant and tighten the screws.
6) Mount the wheels and tighten.
