HOW TO CONNECT THE BATTERY
1) Ensure safe operation of the mower
2) Arrange access to the battery.
3) Connect the battery terminals. Connect the ground terminal (-) last.
4) Secure the battery against movement using a tie-down strap
BATTERY TESTING
The best and easiest way to test the battery is to use a voltmeter or a multimeter to measure the resting voltage. If
you know the exact voltage, use the table below to determine the charge.
Make sure that the battery is fully charged so it can provide enough starting energy. The recommended charging
current is 10% of the nominal capacity in amperes, i.e. 1.0A [ampere]). To ensure long life, we recommend that the
battery be fully charged before installation.
5.14 NEUTRAL POSITION ADJUSTMENT
Have this work carried out by a specialized service center.
5.15 HYDRAULIC PUMP DRIVE BELT
WARNING
Make sure the engine is switched off before changing the belt. Remove the key from the CENTRAL
STOP before checking the belt tension.
The mower drive system and the mower deck blade drive system are designed with maintenance-free V-belts. The
mowing mechanism is turned on through the switch on the remote control, where the switch is set to the on position
- the pulley controlled by the servomotor tightens the mowing mechanism belts and the blade is turned on. When
the mowing mechanism is switched off, the pulley is released - the belts are disengaged and the driven pulley is
braked by the braking metal plate and the blade stops.
