8. Turn the toggle switch to Run Manual toggle switch-
Push and hold the start button to start the main pump.

Confirm the boost (feed) pressure is 20psi
and adjust the boost (feed) pump
Speed control if necessary.
9. Close the pressure relief valve and the system will
start making water. The Product flow gauge (above)
should show about 7gpm.
10. Insert the Allan wrench that
is attached to the diversion valve
as shown and rotate clockwise to
open the valve so product water
will flow to the storage tank.
11. Flip the switch on the control
box for the Chlorine Injection so it
will run manually. Chlorine is not
injecting if the light is not on.
Note that the system will shut down or will not start (will not keep running when
you push the start button) if the feed pressure is <10psi. Check the pressure
drop across the media filters first , when the system is running the difference be-
tween the inlet and outlet gauges should be about 2-3 psi, if it’s more than this
back flush the filters.
If the media filters are ok then check the cartridge filters, if the difference be-
tween the inlet and the outlet is more than 5 psi the filter(s) should be changed.
