For example: WrtCmd(“:MEM:STAT ON”); Set the save state of the instrument as “ON”.
Query Syntax: : MEMory[:STATe]?
Return format: <NR1><NL^END>
<NR1> = 1 or 0
1: the current instrument save state is “ON”
0: the current instrument save state is “OFF”
The :MEMory:CLEAr command is used to clear the current resistance measurement results saved.
Command syntax:
: MEMory:CLEAr
For example: WrtCmd(“:MEM:CLEAr”); namely clear the current measurement results saved.
The : MEMory:COUNt command is used to query the current count of resistance measurement
results saved.
Query Syntax: :MEMory:COUNt?
Return format:
<Memory data count>
<Memory data count> = 0 to 20(NR2)
NOTE: The new measurement result will not be saved once the count of measurement results
saved has reached 20, only when the clear command “: MEMory:CLEAr” is executed!
The : MEMory:DATA command is used to query the current count of resistance measurement
results saved.
Query Syntax: :MEMory:DATA?
Return format:
<Memory no (NR1)>, <Measurement value (NR3)>
<Memory no (NR1)>, <Measurement value (NR3)>
<Memory no (NR1)>, <Measurement value (NR3)>
. .
. .
END
NOTE: This command has no returned value if there is no measurement result saved, it will only
return “END”!

SYSTem Subsystem Commands
SYSTem subsystem commands are used to set the system function of the instrument, including
the beeper switch, parameters save, output mode of measurement state error, parameter setting
reset and so on.
