: When the trigger of the measurement is set as external trigger, it will take one
measurement while this signal transferred from high to low.
(1)
This signal will be ignored if the trigger of the measurement is internal trigger.
(2)
This signal will be ignored when it is not measurement interface.
(3)
This signal will be ignored while loading the file.
:
It will execute one 0 calibration when the signal transfers from high to low.
: It will execute one self-calibration when the signal transfers from high to low.
Output Signal
ERR: error signal output is divided into synchronous measurement error signal output and
asynchronous measurement error signal output. The measurement error signal is outputted
together with EOC as synchronous error signal output, not asynchronous error signal output.
INDEX: when this signal transferred from low to high, it indicates that the measurement of the
instrument has been finished and it will calculate the resistance of the DUT.
EOC: the end signal of measurement conversion.
Hi, IN, Lo: the comparator results
BIN0 to BIN9,
OB (out of bins): if the value of the DUT conforms to the bin value required as set, the
corresponding bin no. will be outputted. If not satisfied, the signal of OB will be outputted.
OUT0 to OUT7: this signal is controlled by IO:OUT command. For example: IO:OUT 3,
OUT0:OUT1=11(two digits is high level). This control signal can be used to control the movement
of some relays or switches.
BCD1-0 to BCD6-3: it means the value of the DUT. For example, if the tested resistance is 498.992,
where, BCDx-0 is low-order, while BCDx-3 is high-order. If x is 4, BCD4-0 : BCD4-3 indicates value 8.
Here, using binary system to represent decimalism, so binary system needs four digits.
Power supply and Ground
COM:
external power supply EXTV reference ground
EXTV:
external power supply (+5 ~ +24V)
INT.GND:
internal ground
INT.VCC:
internal voltage
NOTE: When using internal power supply, COM and INT.GND as well as EXTV and INT.VCC
respectively are shorted via jumpers. When using external power supply, this short connection is
